The contract aims at the appointment of a team of multidisciplinary project authors, responsible for the complete task of designing and controlling the execution of the works for the heavy renovation (including asbestos removal) of the building housing the municipal administration of Auderghem with a view to relocating there all the services of the administration which are there as well as the services of the CPAS.

The Contractor will ensure:

• A complete architectural mission,

• A complete stability engineering mission,

• A complete engineering mission in special techniques,

• A complete mission as a PEB advisor,
