The contract submitted in this open procedure tender concerns the renovation services of the Robert-Hainard School (including its swimming pool) and the Vailly Sports Hall in Bernex (GE). It is aimed at multidisciplinary teams composed of an architect, a civil engineer, a CVSE engineer and a building physicist.

The services to be performed cover phases AIS 31, 32, 33, 41, 51, 52 and 53.

The target cost of renovation works is estimated at CHF 11.5 months.
