Subject of order there are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, protection firefighting, logging and skidding of wood as well as forest nursery, seed production and maintenance of forest infrastructure facilities to be carried out in the Czerniejewo Forest District in 2020. Material scope of the order covers the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, forest nursery, seed production and maintenance of forest infrastructure facilities resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of: - Annex No. 3.1. - size of works according to activities, - Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances - Annex 3.3 - timber harvesting system. Material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. to the ToR are estimates. The quality standards relating to all significant features of the order item are set out in Decision No. 126 DGLP of 12 August 2019 on the provision of uniform document templates and the application of quality standards relating to all relevant features of the item order. regarding the ordering of forestry services in the field of forest management in organizational units of the State Forests. Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending operations tables indicated in individual rows describing the subject of the order. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the Terms of Reference), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (OBR), as part of the aggregate amounts of individual works falling within the Subject Matter of the Agreement specified in the ToR, to be performed throughout the Package Implementation Area.
