The comprehensive consultancy concerns the new construction of a children's house. It includes: architectural, engineering and landscape architectural services and competencies in both pedagogical principles and sustainable construction. Regarding sustainable construction, emphasis is placed on experience with DGNB gold certification. Bidders are asked for an outline proposal. The winning team of consultants will, among other things, handle various design and construction tender phases up to and including commissioning, including construction management and professional supervision.

The procedure is the negotiated procedure. The first phase of the tender is a pre-qualification, where the contracting entity intends to pre-qualify 5 bidders, who will subsequently be allowed to submit tenders, including sketch proposals.
