The object of procurement is smart gateways for the system digitization of building technology, including a cloud-based web platform in the form of a framework agreement; successively for the portfolio of the WBM Group (via call-offs)

Provision of the following partial services (for further details see tender documents):

- Provision of necessary and secure infrastructure from technical system to cloud platform (IaaS – Infrastructure as a Service)

- Provision of cloud-based building management system (SaaS - Software as a Service)

- Comprehensive role and alarm management

- Attractive and intuitive frontend with dynamic system images

- Activation and visualization of a wide variety of technical systems

The maximum amount that can be called up under this framework agreement amounts to a total of EUR 8 million net over a contract period of 4 years.
