The primary works include alterations of the current doctors office wing to apartments for Dementia — approx. 400 m². In addition, minor alterations shall also be undertaken in the building. A new lift shall also be installed in the existing lift shaft and the patient signalling system shall also be upgraded. Externally a sensory garden shall be prepared.
