Railway Housing Association is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide painting and decorating services to properties across its portfolio. It should be noted that Railway Housing Association has a specification for Painting & Decorating which suppliers must meet in order to be eligible for consideration.

Railway Housing Association owns 1,500 rented homes located within 24 local authority areas, mainly in the North East and Yorkshire/Humberside areas of England.
