This open tender is subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-2 1o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code.

The benefits will be the subject of a framework agreement to purchase orders without minimum or maximum pursuant to articles R. 2162-2 al 2, R. 2162-4 3o and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the code.

The missions will cover all decomposed state bodies as follows:

— general state bodies: demolition, earthworks, masonry, facades, waterproofing, metalwork, exterior carpentry, interior joinery, paint plastering, tile tiles, thin floor, VRD, plumbing;

— technical bodies: sanitary plumbing and kitchen, ECS production including distribution, heating VMC air conditioning and industrial refrigeration, electricity (strong currents and low currents including GTC, IT, sound systems...).

Technical state bodies will not systematically be part of the mission.
