The work will be carried out from mid-2023 to mid-2025. The estimated quantity is a hundred dwellings to be rehabilitated.
The operations include services outside the asbestos field, and on materials likely to release asbestos fibers in compliance with subsections 3 and 4 of Decree No. 2012-639 of 4 May 2012 on the risks of exposure to asbestos
Interior Works - electricity, sealed coatings, plastering, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilation - Ss4Framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 4,000,000.00 excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract
Joinery - exterior and interior - Ss4Framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 2,000,000.00 excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract
Finishes - flooring, paints and finishes - Ss4Framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 500,000.00 excl. VAT for the total term of the contract
Isolation - Ss4Framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 300,000.00 excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract
