Prerequisites for the assignment

The purpose of the procurement is to meet the Purchaser's need for licenses and associated support and maintenance and, if necessary, product-related services in accordance with Section 3 Requirement specification. Furthermore, advice and expertise in license-related matters will be included as well as follow-up.

To ensure the need, Akademiska Hus intends to sign a framework agreement with one (1) bidder.

The framework agreement does not give the tenderer total exclusivity in the areas covered by the framework agreement, even if the ambition is to make maximum use of the framework agreement. If, due to security reasons, already entered agreements or other circumstances of an economic or technical nature, Akademiska Hus cannot use the framework agreement or – for software from manufacturers that is not explicitly stated in the documentation for the procurement – if the tenderer is unable to deliver the desired subject of the contract, Akademiska Hus has the right to turn to the rest of the market.
