1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for thermal conductivity testing and fuel assessment in the L10 Thermometry Laboratory to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce.

2. The Ordering Party divided the order into four parts:

1) Part I – Supply of a device for determining thermal conductivity coefficients;

2) Part II – Supply of dilatometer;

3) Part III – Delivery of an instrument for measuring thermal conductivity coefficients;

4) Part IV – Supply of differential calorimeter.

3. The description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", is respectively:

1) for Part I in Annex 1a to the SWZ and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ;

2) for Part II in Annex 1b to the SWZ and in the PPU;

3) for Part III in Annex 1c to the SWZ and in the PPU;

4) for Part IV in Annex 1d to the SWZ and in the PPU.
