The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of landscaping, below indicated types of municipal waste provided by the entity or entities receiving the specified waste from inhabited property located in the municipality of Lubsko, Contractor is required to use the following fractions of municipal waste:
— unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, i.e. waste classified under code 20 03 01,
— biowaste constituting municipal waste, i.e. waste classified under codes 20 02 01,
— metals and plastics, including plastic packaging waste, metals including packaging waste from metals, multi-plant packaging, i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 02,
— paper, i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 01 01 01,
— glass, i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 07,
— large-sized waste, i.e. waste classified under code 20 03 07.

The Contractor shall be obliged to use the following fractions of municipal waste:
— unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, i.e. waste classified under code 20 03 01,
— biowaste constituting municipal waste, i.e. waste classified under codes 20 02 01,
— metals and plastics, including plastic packaging waste, metals including packaging waste from metals, multi-plant packaging, i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 02,
— paper, i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 01 01 01,
— glass, i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 07,
— large-sized waste, i.e. waste classified under code 20 03 07,
The estimated amount of municipal waste for use in the period from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2023 is: — based on the last 10 months (from 1 September 2020, i.e. from the entry into force of the obligation to segregate waste in the Lubsko Municipality)
— 5 112 Mg — unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
— 1,488 Mg — biowaste constituting municipal waste,
— 1,080 Mg — metals and plastics, including multi-aerial packaging,
— 408 Mg — paper,
— 816 Mg — glass,
— 292 Mg — large-sized waste.
