The subject of the contract is the replacement of street lighting fixtures and booms with energy-saving LED luminaires in order to ensure compliance with the PN-EN 13201 standard. The subject of the contract does not include additional hangings – only the replacement of existing ones. The subject of the contract includes the improvement of the energy efficiency of lighting through the use of high-energy efficient LED luminaires and thus reducing the power of the lighting installation.

The remuneration for the performance of the contract will be payable in 5 equal installments. The rules for payment of remuneration are described in detail in §4 of the model contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The contracting authority grants the contractor at least a 90-month warranty and at least 24 months warranty for the installed luminaires and booms.

The order is divided into parts. The basic part (basic order) includes the replacement of luminaires and booms in the lighting installation covering the area of the city of Myślenice (OPZ Annex 7a). The contracting authority also provides for the award of the contract in the optional part. The part covered by the option right covers two areas: rural area (OPZ Annex 7b), lighting of Zakopane (OPZ Annex 7c). The award of a contract for the part covered by the option right will depend on the financial capacity of the Contracting Authority.
