Design and execution of construction works for the section of the expressway S 74 Przełom/Mniów — Kielce (S7 junction Kielce Zachód).

The subject of the order is the design and construction of the S-74 dual carriageway expressway along with interchanges, a traveller service site, cross-road redevelopment and the construction of roads serving areas adjacent to the investment of approximately 16,365 km in length.

The start of the road in the global km 58+567 existing DK 74, the end of the route in km local 7+728 within the S7 section of the western ring road of Kielce (incorporation of S74 to S7 at the Kielce West junction).

The planned investment will be located within the administrative boundaries of the municipalities of Mniów, Miedziana Góra and Strawczyn (Kielce County). The beginning of the road is located in the village of Przełom (municipality of Mniów). At a section of about 400 m, it follows the existing footprint of National Route 74, then moves away in a south-west direction and continues following a new trail passing through the localities of Węgrzynów, Pępice (Mniów). Further, the route of the proposed road will run at the height of the village of Porzecze (gm. Miedziana Góra), after passing the bridge object across the Bobrza river, the road changes its direction to the south and runs along the river Bobrzy to a small extent interfering in the area Natura 2000 — Valley Beavers PLH260014 and bypassing the village of Porzecze (Miedziana Góra) and Bugaj (Strawczyn) to the east. After crossing provincial road number 748, the projected S-74 road runs east entering the forest complex to connect to the S-7 expressway via the “Kielce — West” interchange.

Within the scope of the task shall include:

— construction of a section of the S74 expressway as a dual carriageway road with a length of approximately 16,365 km,

— reconstruction of the existing communication system,

— construction of other public roads and additional roadways including exits,

— construction of 2 road nodes,

— construction of a Traveller Service Site (ILO),

— construction of emergency crossings and emergency entrances to the expressway,

— construction of paving lanes for the maintenance of the expressway,

— construction of drainage equipment and environmental protection equipment (including acoustic screens).
