Supply of computer equipment and software for children from popegeerowski families residing in the commune Milicz” supported by the implementation of the Digital Gmina “PPGR Granty” project, financed under the Agreement for entrustment of grants no. 2685/2022 under the Operational Programme Polish Digital for 2014-2020, Priority Axis V Digital development of JST and strengthening of digital threat resistance REACT-EU, activities 5.1 Digital development of JST and strengthening of digital threat resistance concerning the implementation of the grant project “Support of children from pegeer families in Digital Development — PPGR Grants”.

The COVID-19 pandemic has shown many problems, and one of them is remote learning in popegeer sites. It revealed a deficit of computer equipment or inconventions to access the Internet, which affected the performance of school duties by children. The project “PPGR Grants” aims to eliminate these restrictions.

Part I: Purchase desktops in the amount of 102 pieces and purchase software for a person with a disability (low vision) in the amount of 1 piece

Part I: Purchase desktops in the amount of 102 pieces and purchase software for a person with a disability (low vision) in the amount of 1 piece.

The subject of the order also includes

- transport to the place indicated by the Ordering Party and unloading at the cost and risk of the Contractor;

- technical support;

- warranty service

- installation of office packages and antivirus software on the hardware (in accordance with the conditions set out in Annex 1 to SWZ);

1.The Contractor may submit a bid for one, several or all parts of the order — according to the offer form. In the case of submitting a tender for a given Part, it must cover the full amount of pieces to which the Part is concerned. It is impossible to make an offer for fewer pieces than specified in the part.

2.Whenever otherwise specified in the SWZ later in the SWZ, the individual provisions of the SWZ apply to all parts of the order.

3.Software for a weak-vision person must be compatible with the supplied desktop computer.

4.Computer equipment will be used for school learning, including, among others, office applications, educational applications, Internet access and email.

5.The order should be divided into separate parcels for each Part — including Part I and Part II possible breakdown for delivery in tranches - details in this regard will be provided in the offer form..

6.A detailed description of the needs of the Ordering Party, containing the type and quantity of equipment, the technical specification of the equipment being ordered will be contained in Annex No 1.

7. The Contractor may propose equivalent solutions with or exceeding the same parameters, but it is their duty to prove equivalence. The Ordering Party accepts equivalent offers, inter alia, as long as the minimum technical parameters are met. If an equivalent solution is offered, a precise description shall be provided together with the trade name and the manufacturer's name.

8. Equivalent offer is one that presents the subject of an order with functional and qualitative properties the same or similar to those circled in SWZ but marked by another trademark, patent or origin. It is essential that the required properties and parameters of the product (solution) concerned must be demonstrated by the Contractor to the Contractor and therefore undisputably proved by the contractor in the course of the proceedings before the Contracting Authority, by any means available to the contractor.

9.If names, types have been used in any place, this should only be considered as exemplary solutions.

10. The products listed in the Detailed Order Specification must be factory new, free from third-party rights, technically efficient, unused (with the Contracting Party allowing the equipment to be unpacked and operational prior to delivery only by the Contractor and for the purpose of verifying the correctness of operation only), have warranty cards, all accessories, wires, cables necessary for their use, use materials and instructions for use in Polish, and must have documents required by applicable law certifying CE marking (declaration of conformity or CE certificate), be ISO9001 certified for equipment manufacturers. The equipment must be complete and ready for use without additional purchases. The entire range consisting of the subject of the contract should be produced not earlier than 9 months prior to the announcement of the tender procedure.

11.The contractor will provide the software in the latest available version.

12.The contractor will provide the software in full and non-expiring versions.

13. The Contractor shall provide all necessary software licenses.
