This contract is a works contract subject to orders whose object is repair and maintenance of Structures of Art.

The works will take place on the entire Structuring Network of the three districts of the Roads Directorate of Walloon Brabant. (Network Ia, Ib, IIa and IIb)

The work includes (non-exhaustive list):

- The study and realization of the signage plans of the site;

- The installation, removal and maintenance of construction site signage;

- The replacement and painting of certain guardrails;

- Replacement of guardrail anchors;

- Repointing and replacement of guardrail shelves;

- Maintenance of masonry;

- Localized levelling on reinforced concrete;

- Localized waterproofing repairs;

- Repair of potholes on engineering structures;

- Maintenance and repair of sidewalks;

- Maintenance, repairs and replacement of drains, FE, buttressing tapes,...;

- Restoration of subsidence;

- Filling of scouring;

- Maintenance of vegetation and surroundings of engineering structures;

- Maintenance of expansion joints;

- The erasure of graffiti by repainting;

- Repair and replacement of guardrails;

- The placement or replacement of guardrails;

- Installation of a protective mesh for H4b steel slides;

- The replacement of pavements made of concrete slabs by reinforced concrete;

- The installation of gutters for applicants;

- Installation and replacement of vertical signalling;

- Disposal of non-reused demolition products, surplus land, waste

any nature in a landfill in accordance with the legislation in force;

- Maintenance of the work carried out during the warranty period.
