The large ER 270 lecture hall in the Ernst Ruska building (building ER) on the grounds of the Technical University in Berlin, Hardenbergstrasse 36a in 10623 Berlin, will receive a complete redesign of the technical equipment as part of the renovation and modernization.

The order does not include any conceptual or innovative solutions, but is a continuation of the HOAI services to a completed and confirmed design and construction planning document (up to and including service phase 3) for the technical building equipment.

The planning order to be awarded according to the general instructions for the preparation and implementation of construction tasks in Berlin (instruction Bau - ABau), here according to the contract template IV 411.HF, includes the plant groups 1 to 5 and 7 to 8 according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI, with work phases 5 to 9.
