Within the agreement to be concluded "Installation and rental liquid oxygen tank including evaporators, piping, fittings and supply of oxygen" (Agreement) for the wastewater aftertreatment installation WWTP Winterswijk the following falls:

3.01 Design and Installation of a liquid oxygen storage and evaporation installation (LOx installation) including evaporators, piping and fittings;

3.02 Supply of liquid oxygen (LOx), with an annual average consumption of 110,000 kg of LOx, based on continuous monitoring of liquid oxygen present in storage tank;

3.03 Rental, including all necessary preventive and corrective maintenance and all necessary management activities of the LOx installation including evaporators, piping and fittings;

3.04 Disassembly and disposal of the LOx installation including evaporators, piping and fittings upon termination of this agreement.
