1. The subject of the contract is the provision of telecommunications services for the Municipal Guard m.st Warsaw.

2. The Contractor shall provide the services specified in point 1, to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Descriptions of the subject of the contract, which constitute Annexes No. 1.1-1.9 to the SWZ with due diligence, in accordance with applicable regulations, Polish Standards, standards of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute, standards, professional ethics, current knowledge, provisions of the Model Contract – Annex No. 7 to SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders, therefore the subject of the contract has been divided into nine (9) parts (tasks).

In this proceeding, the Contracting Authority requires contractors to provide services in a specific standard for the provision of Internet access services for SM by:

1. Delivery, installation and configuration, maintenance of the ICT operator network service in the scope of Internet access service in the locations of Data Center I and Data Center II.

2. Delivery, installation and configuration, maintenance of the ICT operator network service in the scope of Internet access service in the locations of Data Center II and Backup Data Center II

A detailed description of the object of the order is Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ.

Provision of an operator service in the field of MPLS/VPN data transmission – OT in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2025

A detailed description of the object of the order is Annex 1.2 to the SWZ.

Provision of operator service in the field of MPLS / VPN data transmission - base stations of the communication system in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2025.

A detailed description of the object of the order is Annex No 1.3 to the SWZ.

Provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of the operator service in the field of data transmission using dark 2J fibers in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2025.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.4 to the SWZ.

Provision of telecommunications services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party in order to initiate and receive local and zone, intercity, international, mobile networks calls and to gain access to services statutorily appointed to provide assistance using numbers established in the national and international telephone numbering plan in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2025.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.5 to the SWZ.

Provision of telecommunications services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party in order to initiate and receive local and zone, intercity, international, mobile networks calls and to gain access to services statutorily appointed to provide assistance using numbers established in the national and international telephone numbering plan in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2025.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.6 to the SWZ.

Provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of the operator's service in the field of data transmission using dark fibers in the relation Warsaw Młynarska Street – Vistula Boulevards in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2025.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.7 to the SWZ.

Provision of data transmission services for the Municipal Guard m.st Warsaw in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2025 The service will be carried out through the use of active SIM cards provided by the Contractor.

Provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of the operator's service in the field of data transmission using dark fibers in the relation Warsaw Młynarska Street – Sołtyka 8/10 in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2025.
