The subject of the invitation to tender is the execution of the building cleaning for the following objects:

a) Bavarian Judicial Academy in Pegnitz (main building and guest house), Dr.-Heinrich-Dittrich-Allee 24, 91257 Pegnitz;

b) IT Test and Conference Center, Bahnhofsteig 5, 91257 Pegnitz.

The contractor assumes with regard to the object a):

- ongoing cleaning (maintenance cleaning),

- the change of bed linen, hand and bath towels, shower mats, toothbrush cups and cosmetics, the management of the laundry,

- the cleaning of computer hardware in the classrooms, in the library, in the meeting rooms and in the main street (visitor Internet PCs),

- the cleaning of the TV sets including accessories in the accommodation / recreation rooms and with regard to the object b),

- ongoing cleaning (maintenance cleaning),

- the cleaning of computer hardware,

- Cleaning the TV sets and accessories.
