Purchase and delivery of assortment in accordance with Annex 1a to the SWZ. The subject of the contract should correspond to Polish standards transposing European standards or standards of other Member States of the European Economic Area transposing these standards. At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor shall present CE Certificates for the offered products. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract together with information and leaflet in accordance with the applicable regulations. The task should be carried out comprehensively and in a complete manner from the point of view of the purpose it is to serve. The Ordering Party requires that the offered medical devices meet the conditions for admission to trading in accordance with the applicable Act on medical devices and correspond to the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 1a to the SWZ.
