Alexandra Palace is a multi-purpose events venue hosting a wide variety of events attracting a varying demographic, from small scale private functions to large

Outdoor Events: attendances up to 40 000.

Music Events within a venue, to 10 000;

Ice Rink Events; Disco; Ice Hockey; Private Hire; Late Night Events

Corporate Events and Exhibitions. including VIP hospitality, banquets, award ceremonies and conferences.

The Contractor shall provide:

All front of house security and stewarding relating to music events.

A full security and stewarding solution for all front of house and back of house security at corporate events; sporting events; and external events.

The current value of the contract would be approximately 290 000 GBP per year.

Open Procedure:

Note: there are two stages to this procedure.

Stage 1: all those that wish to participate should register their interest on Delta esourcing, and complete the questionnaire stage to verify their ability to meet the requirement (note: please ensure that you read the requirement thoroughly and tender only if you are able to fully meet that requirement as described in Schedule 2 and the questionnaire.)

Stage 2: these participants who qualify will be invited to a site visit, week commencing 23.5.2016, prior to submission of their tenders.
