Tipperary Education and Training Board, on behalf of the Board of Management of St. Anne’s Special Primary School, Sean Ross Abbey, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary Republic of Ireland invites tender’s for building services M&E Consultant.

The additional accommodation comprises of 3 x classroom special needs unit and associated safe spaces, specialist classrooms, offices and toilets circa 1 077.0 m2 as outlined in Project Brief Appendix A.

Tipperary Education and Training Board, on behalf of the Board of Management of St. Anne’s Special Primary School Sean Ross Abbey Roscrea Co. Tipperary invites tender’s for Building Services (M&E) Engineer as part of a design team for project management and design consultancy services for the full design, statutory approvals, planning, fire and DAC,procurement of surveying services and construction contractors and subsequent periodic inspections, certification, handover,defects liability period certification of construction works to St Anne’s Special Primary School.

Note: A separate competition for the appointment of a PSDP will run using the DoES PSDP Framework.

The additional special needs accommodation comprises of 3 x classroom special needs unit and associated safe spaces, specialist classrooms, offices and toilets circa 1 077.0 m2 as outlined in Project Brief Appendix A

Tipperary Education and Training Board’s engagement on this project extends to the appointment of the design team only. The responsibility for the delivery and completion of the project will revert to the Board of Management of St Anne’s Special Primary School and the Department of Education and Skills.
