Object of the contract and description of the work

ERDF Fund - Flémalle-Center revitalization project.

Landscaping and public lighting.

Works are carried out on roads of network III: Grand 'Route and rue du Village.

Division 1: Landscaping:

- cuttings and embankments for sodding and planting,

- soil improvement by organic amendment,

- plantations of trees, shrubs, hedges, grasses and perennials

- street furniture: metal reception panel, racks, esplanade artwork, benches, seats, garbage cans, bollards.

Division 2: Excavated soil / backfill treatment:

- treatment of contaminated land.

Division 3: Public lighting:

- the supply of public lighting equipment,

- dismantling of existing installations,

- installation of new installations.

Divisions 1, 2 and 3 are subsidized by the ERDF up to 90% within the limits of the available envelope and eligible positions.

"In the context of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to combat social dumping and social fraud."
