1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for medical and administrative rooms (the list of rooms and the size of the area are set out in Annex 7) and auxiliary activities for the District Hospital at ul. Gamowska 3 in Racibórz, according to Annex 3.

2. The awarding entity shall secure for economic and social purposes a room in block "H" and block "B" with a total area of 125.57 m 2 , sample lease agreement - Annex 9.

3. The Employer will provide the Contractor with equipment - Annex 2 to the contract.

4. The contractor will be obliged to seasonal service of the cloakroom, according to the contract template - Annex 10.
