This tender focuses on contracting one entrepreneur who can meet WBL's need for maintenance, repair, periodic inspections and certification and, if necessary, replacement of the heating installations and appliances of the WBL. WBL also expects the Contractor to provide solicited and unsolicited advice, in particular in the field of sustainability and new technologies.

The value of the contract during the term (excluding options) per year is estimated between € 40,000 and € 60,000 excluding VAT. In order not to have any discussions about whether or not it is mandatory to initiate new tenders, water board Limburg can theoretically purchase an average of up to € 1,500,000 excluding VAT per calendar year.
