The agency cooperation between Arbeidstilsynet, Arbeids- og velferdsetaten, Skatteetaten og politiet [the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, the Norwegian Tax Administration and the police against work-related crime will be evaluated.

The assignment is a follow-up of the strategy against work-related crime.

The evaluation will be based on the goals for this agency cooperation (cf. point 4). It is preferable that the evaluation give an evaluation of to what degree the formalised agency cooperation contributes to realising the defined goals for the agencies’ joint effort and what added value this gives the agencies.

The assignment duration is from contract entry in 2021 to handover of the final report 15 November 2022, and has a combined limit of NOK 2 million excluding VAT.
