Object of the supplies: supply of hemostasis machines and reagents with maintenance contract for the laboratories of the CHUPMB and Tivoli CHU sites.

Comment: the purpose of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning and computer connections of hemostasis machines (including platelet aggregation) for the hospitals of PHU Coeur du Hainaut consisting of CHUPMB and Tivoli Hospital.

The supply of reagents and consumables necessary for the operation of the analyzers is an integral part of the market as well as the maintenance services of the PLCs.

The solution will include at least 4 PLCs: 2 PLCs will be installed at the Nimy central laboratory while a PLC will be installed at each hospital site. The 2 automated systems installed at the central laboratory will carry out routine and special hemostasis analyzes, while the automated systems of hospital sites will carry out routine hemostasis analyzes but must be able to carry out special tests if necessary. The bidder's bid must also include platelet aggregation (performed on the hemostasis machine or on a separate automated system dedicated to this analysis) for the Tivoli hospital site.

At least one automaton from the central laboratory must be connected to the Inpeco chain. The 2 e automaton will have to be in certain conditions explained in the technical clauses (recurrent breakdowns). If this 2 e PLC is not connectable, the costs related to its replacement will be borne by the tenderer.

This market does not have a lot.

Joint market:

In the event of a dispute concerning this public contract, each contracting authority shall be liable for any costs incurred by it, up to its participation in the contract.

Duration of the contract: 84 months from provisional acceptance.
