Description:
ANSK-23-0061 Framework agreement electrical services

The aim of the procurement is to use framework agreement to connect the University of Bergen (UiB) to expertise within electro work. The framework agreement also includes the inspection of fire alarm installations.

The use of the service, and thereby the value of the contracts will depend on several factors that can change, including grants and changes to UiB's properties, activities, and organisation.

The estimated total value of the procurement for a 4-year contract period is NOK 45 million - NOK 50 million, excluding VAT. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is NOK 65 million excluding VAT.

Note that this is an estimate and is not binding for UiB. This concerns both the procurement's total estimated value and the estimate for each lot. Based on the above uncertainty factors the value is very uncertain.

Lot 1 (operating areas 1 and 2).

UiB has a geographical distribution consisting of 4 operating areas. Operating areas 1 and 2 comprise Nygårdshøyden north and Nygårdshøyøden centre, whilst operating areas 3 and 4 comprise Nygårdshøyden south and Årstadvollen/the Haukeland area.

This procurement is divided into lots. The contracting authority expects that the total estimated value of the contract is divided as follows between the various lots:

• Lot 1 (operating areas 1 and 2): Approx. 55% of the procurement's total value.

• Lot 2 (operating areas 3 and 4): Approx. 45% of the procurement's total value.

The tenderer ranked as number 1 in the contest can choose whether they will have lot 1 (operating areas 1 and 2) or lot 2 (operating areas 3 and 4). The tenderer ranked as number 2 in the contest will be awarded the lot that was not chosen by the tenderer ranked as number 1.

Lot 2 (operating areas 3 and 4).
