The object of this assignment consists of a framework agreement for the preparation of mobility studies for the Rupel streek (municipalities of Rumst, Boom, Niel, Schelle, Hemiksem, including Aartselaar).

This assignment includes:

* mobility studies for the entire region at macro and meso level

* Linking and investigating consequences for spatial developments in the area.

A design of cutlery has been added in annex. The final specifications will be sent to the selected candidates later.
