The Crick is seeking to appoint a Supplier to provide a comprehensive pre-employment security screening service for everyone who joins the institute. The Supplier will be responsive to the Crick's requirements and will provide a service to help the Crick on-board prospective candidates and re-screen existing employees, students and non-employees with some emphasis towards Animal Rights affiliation.

The aim is to have a Supplier who can provide a professional, collaborative, proactive, advisory and supportive service to the Crick, with excellent communication and data at the forefront. The Supplier is expected to be flexible in collaboratively shaping a screening service which can be tailored to the Crick's requirements. In addition, the Crick requires excellent management intelligence about the service delivery and regular Supplier led reviews including continuous improvement initiatives.
