The purpose of the Framework Agreement is the acquisition of administrative, school and didactic supplies for manual work, paper and letterhead envelopes as well as reprography paper for the services of the town hall, schools, leisure centers, crèches or multi-reception, relay of childminders, municipal library, communal restaurants, Conservatory, Municipal Health Center, Municipal Technical Center, Municipal Police, Maison de l'emploi and the Centre Communal d'action Sociale (Ccas) of the commune of Pavillons-Sous-Bois. It is divided into 4 lots. The single-award framework agreement is established in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement is concluded without minimum and with a maximum such that this amount appears in the description specific to each lot

as part of lot No. 1 "Administrative supplies", the holder will have to provide services for the supply of office equipment for the agents of the City and the CCAS, such as glue, pen, notebook .. This Framework Agreement shall be concluded at unit prices as set out in the Unit Price Schedule and the licensee's general catalogue/tariff updated at each revision and to which the discount rate indicated in the BPU for supplies forming part of the scope of the Framework Agreement but not included in the BPU shall be applied. This prize is concluded without minimum and with an annual maximum of 25,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT).

concerning lot No. 2 "School and didactic supplies for manual work", the incumbent will be responsible for the supply of office equipment for children and teachers of the City's schools as well as equipment for the manual activities of schools and ventilated centres. This Framework Agreement shall be concluded at unit prices as set out in the Unit Price Schedule and the licensee's general catalogue/tariff updated at each revision and to which the discount rate indicated in the BPU for supplies forming part of the scope of the Framework Agreement but not included in the BPU shall be applied. This prize is concluded without minimum and with an annual maximum of 120,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT).

with regard to lot No. 3 "Paper and letterhead envelopes", the holder will provide letterhead supply services for the Mayor's office as well as the supply of logotized envelopes in various formats. This Framework Agreement shall be concluded at unit prices as set out in the Unit Price Schedule and the licensee's general catalogue/tariff updated at each revision and to which the discount rate indicated in the BPU for supplies forming part of the scope of the Framework Agreement but not included in the BPU shall be applied. This prize is concluded without minimum and with an annual maximum of 3,500 euro(s) (excl. VAT).

concerning lot No. 4 "Reprographic paper", the holder will have to provide services for the supply of white and coloured paper, in various formats and weights. This Framework Agreement shall be concluded at unit prices as set out in the Unit Price Schedule and the licensee's general catalogue/tariff updated at each revision and to which the discount rate indicated in the BPU for supplies forming part of the scope of the Framework Agreement but not included in the BPU shall be applied. This prize is concluded without minimum and with an annual maximum of 17,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT).
