The purpose of the contract is to entrust a project management mission to the works to be carried out in 2020 on the site of 13 rue de l'Université (75007 Paris). This project is in connection with the important renovation program of the Hôtel de l'Artillerie run in parallel by Sciences Po. One of the fundamental objectives of the mission entrusted to the project management is notably to ensure that the work carried out on the 13U site allows an increase in regulatory capacity. The details of the work are specified in the documents attached to the DCE.
The project management contract is single-award winner and is not alloti when it has as its object a global mission that does not allow the identification of separate services (Article L. 2113-10 of the order code public). The contract is composed of 1 firm tranche and 2 optional tranches: firm tranche: execution of the DIA missions; AVP; PRO; ACT for basic work and optional work; execution of VISA, DET and AOR missions for basic work only; manage the necessary declarations / requests for administrative authorization. Option 1: Execution of the VISA, DET and AOR missions for the only "optional works 1" consisting of the realization of the redevelopment of the garden located between the 13U building and the Artillery; manage the necessary declarations / requests for administrative authorization.
