The subject of the contract is the subscription of communications service packages, security, client and server operating system software, standard platform service packages and the provision of Software Assurance services for existing Microsoft software licenses (hereinafter collectively referred to as Products) as part of the extension of the Enterprise Agreement together with the extension of their functions and additional support of the Contractor.

The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option to extend the number of subscriptions, in accordance with Table 1 of the OPZ. Within the framework of the option right, the Ordering Party reserves the right to order the delivery of additional subscriptions, indicated in Table 1 of OPZ as the option right (maximum 100).
