The Directorate for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) c/o Public Procurement intends to would like to procure a joint government contract for AV equipment. A parallel framework agreement is planned with up to 4 tenderers. Call-offs will be made directly according to the waterfall method or via the use of mini-competitions.

The contract will cover products that naturally come under the audiovisual equipment category, as well as software and services that are associated with these products.

A parallel framework agreement has been signed with up to 4 tenderers.

There is a total estimated value of approx. NOK 500 million excluding VAt for a total contract period of 4 years. The average estimated annual value is approx. NOK 125 million excluding VAT.

The maximum value over the contract period including options is NOK 650 million excluding VAT.
