Digdir (the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency) and DFØ (the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management) are implementing the procurement of cleaning services for our new office premises at Økern Portal in Oslo. The assignment consists of three cleaning assignments and three contracts will be signed with one and the same tenderer.

Three deliveries

— the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency's office premises,

— the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management's office premises,

— share premises for the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency and the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management.

The assignment includes regular cleaning and cleaning to order, see more information in the attached annex and appendix.

Inspection is not possible:

Due to Covid-19 it will unfortunately not be possible to hold a site inspection in the premises. Control measurement will be carried out at the areas after the contracting authorities have taken over the premises. If control measurements show deviation on space, the price per month will be adjusted.

2nd notice.

We became aware of multiple errors and ambiguities in the previous notice, and therefore had to cancel it. The errors and ambiguities are now corrected in this notice. An addition, we have made some small changes after input from several suppliers.

Floor plans:

Tenderers who want to participate in the competition must sign a confidentiality agreement before they are sent floor plans. Send the confidentiality agreement, which is attached under documents, via the ‘communication’ tab.

Duration:

2 years with an option to extend for up to 1 year + 1 year. Estimated commencement date for the contracts is 1 October 2021. From the beginning of October it will be possible that the contracting authorities need cleaning to order in connection with moving into the new premises. Estimated contract value:

The annual estimated total value is between NOK 2 000 000 to NOK 2 500 000 excluding VAT. The estimate is non-binding, but is based on previous consumption and anticipated future use.
