The assignment concerns the following services:
• Periodic removal of orphan bicycles from existing and new guarded NS bicycle parking spaces without a disposal agreement with the municipality.
• Orphan bike storage: the duration of storage must be at least 62 days after collection and registration to be an orphan bike.
• Registration: the orphan bicycles must be registered in such a way so that the customer can easily identify the orphan bike. In addition, a check for theft must always take place.
• Recovery procedure: the customer can pick up the orphan bike with not too much effort, that is, accessible by public transport or a delivery option with a competitive rate and reasonable fixed rate recovery at pickup location. The Contractor will charge this flat rate to the customer.
• If the customer has not claimed the bike after at least 62 days, disposing of the orphan bike by reselling as a second-hand bicycle or as scrap.
