Description:
Provision of services for systems management, integration and operation of L-ICT infrastructure for a highly secure building

Services are requested based on 3 different areas of expertise: systems management services for highly secure networks, devices, servers and data storage in a highly secure building. The mission includes the selection, purchase, delivery, effective implementation of all components for the management of telecommunications, hardware, software, security, databases and system procedures, including upgrades and permanent improvement of the installed architecture and its security. In case of incidents and / or malfunctions, take actions to restore normal operation. Different levels of service are maintained, depending on the system or application and their criticalities. Integration services and solutions to provide technical solutions and security solutions in synchronization with other economic operators and their solutions and in collaboration with the Bank's IT security experts. Operational management services to ensure continuous monitoring of systems, operational procedures and applications under a 24/7/365 regime. In the event of a malfunction, perform the escalation or take actions to restore normal operation in accordance with service level agreements.
