The purpose of the framework agreement is to support by the service provider of:- the outsourcing of the web platform and Cms.Eolas,- the development of new sites, new modules, the improvement of existing modules and the maintenance of all existing sites on the various instances of Cms.Eolas,- Access to a support and assistance platform,- additional services around the web infrastructure. This consultation is carried out within the framework of a group of orders formed between Grenoble-Alpes Métropole (coordinator), the City of Grenoble, and the Communal Centre for Social Action of the City of Grenoble.Il is a framework agreement with purchase orders comprising a lump sum part and a part with purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum amount. The maximum amount for the initial period (2 years) is set at 602,000 euro(s) (excl. tax). The maximum amount of the renewal period (2 years) is set at 680,000 euro (s) (excl. tax).
