The subject of the order is the purchase of an anaesthesia machine in the amount of 1 pc.

Description of the subject matter of the contract included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference – price form with technical parameters.

The implementation of the subject matter of the contract covered by the present proceedings is covered by co-financing from the targeted subsidy of the Ministry of Health for investment purchases under the agreement concluded on 25.08.2023.

The Contractor may offer only products with the CE mark that have been approved for marketing and use in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974).

The subject of the order is the purchase of an anaesthesia machine in the amount of 1 pc.

The Contractor's obligations with respect to the subject matter of the contract include:

1) delivery and commissioning of the subject matter of the contract,

2) conducting initial instruction and training of the direct user's employees in the proper operation and maintenance of the subject matter of the contract,

3) provision of warranty and service during the period of the quality guarantee granted.
