Planning services for the expansion and renovation of the Pellingen day care centre, service phases 1 to 9 of the technical equipment service profile in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15.1 to the HOAI for plant groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 in accordance with § 53 HOAI.
The client is planning the conversion and expansion of the existing day care center "Antoniuszwerge" by three more groups, new adjoining rooms and ancillary facilities. A total of 5 group rooms are then available, of which 3 regular groups (25 children): group room, adjoining room, material and equipment room, cloakroom and two groups for small age mix (15 children): group room, adjoining / support room, rest / bedroom, cloakroom. The kitchen will be significantly enlarged including storage areas. A multi-purpose /meeting room or a movement construction site must be provided.
Due to the construction of the extension, parts of the outdoor facilities are omitted, which therefore also have to be redesigned. The property to be replanned is owned by the local community of the client and is located in the vicinity of the primary school in the centre of Pellingen.
The preparation of lunch for the school children of the primary school Pellingen (daily about 40 school meals) is taken over by the kitchen of the kindergarten. Food is delivered directly through a connecting corridor into the school's multi-purpose hall.
Further details can be found in the document "Demand planning for the Antoniuszwerge Pellingen day care centre".
The implementation takes place during ongoing operation. First of all, the construction of the extension takes place, so that a large part of the children should move there after completion and only then can the renovation of the existing building be carried out.
