Development and implementation of a digital strategy for the administration of the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock

Consolidation of the IT infrastructure and IT services of the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock in order to optimize the organizational structure, IT infrastructure and services of the Office for Digitization and IT, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the administration and ensuring financial viability for the coming years.
