The tender concerns the supply and installation of district heating units for Egedal Fjernvarme A/S and E.ON Danmark A/S in Frederikssund. Two framework agreements are concluded with one contractor, which is awarded an independent framework agreement with Egedal Fjernvarme and E.ON Danmark A/S in Frederikssund, respectively. After the conclusion of the contract, the two framework agreements will function as two independent contracts that are independent of each other. This also applies to any extensions of the framework agreement, i.e. the individual framework agreements can be extended independently of whether the other framework agreement is extended or not. The two framework agreements are based on the same contractual basis, which is why a joint call for tenders is carried out on the basis of which both framework agreements are concluded. The framework agreements primarily cover deliveries and works for the installation of district heating units in connection with, for example, gas and oil conversions, but may also include replacement of existing district heating systems and service and repair of existing district heating systems on a subscription scheme. The expected scope of the work includes the delivery and installation of approximately 800 district heating units per year over the two framework agreements combined. Delivery of district heating units to Egedal Fjernvarme and E.ON Danmark A/S respectively is part of the contract. The workers include, in addition to activities at the place of work itself, also services such as contact with affected customers.
