The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, maintenance of forest infrastructure, as well as nursery and seed production, to be carried out in the area of the Koło Forest District in 2024. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, maintenance of forest infrastructure, as well as nursery and seed production resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.
Package I: Provision of forest management services in the Zbylczyce and Sobótka forestry areasThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, maintenance of forest infrastructure, to be carried out in the area of the Zbylczyce Forest District and the Sobótka Forest District in 2024.
