The tendered task includes the purchase of brand new and completed electric refuse collection vehicles of the following car types for the Contracting Entity and associated service.
The contracting entity wishes to purchase the following electric refuse collection vehicles based on the requirements and descriptions specified in the Requirements Specification:
El-renovationsbil 3-akslet, (26 ton) 2-chamber: 10 pcs.
The electric refuse collection vehicles must be fully constructed, prepared and registered upon delivery to the Ordering Party and with the associated service and repair agreement.
In addition, the contract includes the following options:
Option 1: Purchase of additional electric refuse collection vehicles:
• Electric refuse collection vehicles 3-axle, 2-chamber: 12 options of 5 cars and conclusion of service and repair agreement for these cars.
Option 2:
• Electric refuse collection cars 3-axle, 1-chamber: 2 options of 5 cars and service and repair agreement for these cars.
Option 3:
• Extensions of the service and repair agreement: The service and repair agreement can be extended 2 times 2 years

The contracting entity has the possibility to make use of options 1 and 2 up to and including 4 years (48 months) after the signature of the contract. Option 3 may be enforced in accordance with section 4.3 of the Contract.
