Carrying out the structural planning according to Part 4 HOAI 2013 §§ 49 ff service phases 1 to 6 HOAI, for the daycare center Rosenhof, 83471 Berchtesgaden. According to the current state of knowledge, the client classifies the structural planning in fee zone III. The service phases 1 to 6 should be commissioned. The planning phase is expected to start immediately after the order has been placed in KW23 / 2020.

The approximately 250-year-old stable building of the former princely dairy Rosenhof 1 is particularly worthy of preservation despite the desolate condition, as it uniquely shapes the appearance of the village from the north. In connection with the urgent need of the market to create additional daycare centers, a daycare center is to be realized here in an appealing ambience and at the same time the cultural demand of the market community is to be met through the renovation, which is compatible with the historical monuments. The cubature of the barn building is approx. 6,000 cbm.

The total cost of the construction project is provisionally assumed to be EUR 4,000,000 gross KGR 200-700 according to DIN 276. It is intended to apply for funding.

In preparation for this award procedure, the client commissioned an architect to conduct a feasibility study. In the award process, all selected bidders who are asked to submit an offer are given the opportunity to view all project documents that are necessary for submitting a fee offer and conducting an intended negotiation.
