Baling (exclusively round bales) of household and, if necessary, non-hazardous commercial waste or residual bulky waste during overhaul periods or prolonged unplanned operational disruptions of AVA Velsen on the premises of the Hermine Waste Management Centre (EEZ) in Neunkirchen/Saar
In planned revision periods, household waste or, if necessary, a mixture of household waste and non-hazardous commercial waste and/or (residual) bulky waste, ratio 60 - 80 M-% household waste to 20 - 40 M-% non-hazardous commercial waste or (residual) bulky waste is to be shredded in the existing hall in the Hermine EEZ and pressed into a cylindrical shape in a baler and wrapped with a UV-resistant film at least 10 - 12 layers of film at each point of the bale. The film thickness must be at least 0.025 mm and have a UV resistance of at least twelve months.
The technology used is intended to ensure that the bale weights are at least 1.0 mg/bale and max. 2.4 mg/bale for the specified waste composition, in order to ensure that the rented storage space is sufficient on the one hand and that fuel consumption during the assembly and dismantling of the bale storage is reduced to a minimum on the other. The bales are to be stored horizontally with up to 7 bale layers on the outer surface with a telescopic forklift as space-saving as possible.
