Call for tenders for outdoor plants and bare-rooted perennials

You are hereby invited to submit a tender regarding a framework agreement for outdoor plants and bare-rooted perennials for delivery to Örebro Municipality, organization number 212000-1967. The procurement is based on the terms and conditions stated in the tender documents.

Volumes are based on 2021 purchasing statistics. The total volume of outdoor plants for four years is about 2 000 000 SEK. For bare-rooted perennials, the total volume for four years is about SEK 4,000,000. The maximum ceiling volume of the framework agreement: 12 million.

The estimated volume quoted is approximate and shall not be considered binding.

The need to vary plant varieties alternates based on trends, the creation of new varieties, as well as budget allocations. That could mean that the variability of orders between years could range from covering parts of the procurement priced supply and other plant varieties to orders being limited in whole or in part by tighter budget space. The carts attached to this procurement shall be seen as an example and correspond to the requirements of the requester historically. Some variation will occur at the orders placed after the contract drawing.
