The aim of the tender is to identify an organisation or an individual consultant/cartographer (hereafter called the Consultant) to support the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) / Global Program Water Initiatives (WIs) with expertise in mapping and illustration for the water resource program of SDC over the period 1.2.2013 – 31.12.2016.

As a result of the Consultant input, SDC/WIs expects to reinforce the impact of its communication strategy as well as strengthen its competences and recognition through the dissemination of “WIs branded/labelled” maps and illustration.
