The purpose of the services is to ensure that the APRR Group maintains at nominal level its optical infrastructure network consisting of fibre optic cables and passive equipment associated with this infrastructure (sleeves, cable heads, etc.) on its motorway network and to enable deployment or expansion actions on the the entire group's optical infrastructure network. This consultation concerns, for each batch, the establishment of Single Attribute Framework Agreement (s) to Purchase Order (s), with no minimum or maximum quantity or amount.
Maintenance of APRR Group Optical Infrastructure Network (APRR/Area/Adelac)The maintenance services of Lot 1 to ensure the maintenance at nominal level of the entire APRR Group's optical infrastructure network (APRR/Area/Adelac network consisting of 36, 72, 96 and 144 fibre optic cables and passive equipment associated with this infrastructure (sleeves, cable heads, etc.)), through preventive actions and corrective. As an indication, approximately 100 maintenance interventions were performed in the previous four years. The company undertakes to:
— intervene in less than 2 hours regardless of the day and time with all the necessary means to locate and repair the defect (GTI);
— repair all optical cables in less than 8 hours regardless of the day and time;
— to inform the APRR Group's fibre optic heritage tool (the APRR Group's fibre optic heritage tool is Netgeo; for the execution of the framework agreement, the holder will have to have a Netgeo licence and must have been trained in the information of this tool);
— to provide Netgeo Manager for the APRR Group.
Services on the optical infrastructure network — APRR Paris/Rhin perimeterThe purpose of the services of Lot 2 is to enable operations to be carried out on the entire optical network in service on the APRR Paris and Rhin perimeter (network consisting of 36, 72, 96 and 144 optical fibre cables and passive equipment associated with this infrastructure (sleeves, cable heads, etc.)). As an indication, approximately 50 FO service orders were placed in the previous four years.
Example of operations:
— installation of optical cable head;
— cable head connection for APRR or operator;
— arrangement in cable heads (addition, removal of garter, etc.);
— optical link control;
— intervention in the junction boxes;
— optical cable stitching in current section (installation of a box) without interruption of continuity;
— cable laying in an unoccupied pipe (drawing, air carrying, water carrying);
— cable laying in busy pipe;
— cable removal and hand-over;
— control of scabbings;
— cable detection;
— toggle operators by day or night;
— documentation and harvesting.
Services on the optical infrastructure network — APRR Rhône/Auvergne perimeterThe purpose of the services of Batch 3 is to enable operations on the entire optical network in service on the APRR Rhône and Auvergne perimeter (network consisting of 36, 72, 96 and 144 optical fibre cables and passive equipment associated with this infrastructure (sleeves, cable heads, etc.)). As an indication, approximately 50 FO service orders were placed in the previous four years.

Services on the optical infrastructure network — Area/Adelac perimeterThe purpose of the services of Batch 4 is to enable operations across the entire optical network in service on the Area/Adelac perimeter (network consisting of 36, 72, 96 and 144 optical fibre cables and passive equipment associated with this infrastructure (sleeves, cable heads, etc.)). As an indication, approximately 50 FO service orders were placed in the previous four years.
